NS 5044, a High Hood GP38-2 and former SOU 5044J, leads 3 86' boxcars brought from the Ann Arbor Railroad Interchange in Milan past Romulus on its way to Oakwood Yard in Detroit.
NS Local LB12 is waiting on a signal to get over the Rouge River bridge and into Oakwood Yard with 15 loaded coke hoppers.
NS 5044 leads a hopper and a scrap gon across the Grand River on CSX. NS uses CSX's GR Terminal sub to reach it's track at Padnos Scrap and the Grand Rapids Eastern interchange.
